Good for groups, minor hiccup
We booked a corporate away day for axe throwing and some team building exercises. The activities themselves were well-organized and the instructors were really engaging. Everyone had a blast. My only small complaint was that communication about our exact schedule could have been a bit clearer beforehand; we had a slight delay getting started. But once we got going, it was smooth. The lodge accommodation was basic but clean. Overall, good value for money for a group event, just confirm timings twice.
Awesome ski lesson
I had a private ski lesson and it was fantastic! My instructor was super patient and I actually felt like I learned a lot. The slope was in great condition. I'm definitely going back for more lessons, maybe even try snowboarding next time. Mendip is just the best place for outdoor stuff!
Fun day out
Went with my family for some tobogganing last weekend. It was pretty busy but we still had a good time. The kids loved it and the cafe had decent snacks. Easy to book online too.
